Kend acquired her CGA designation in 1992. Since then she has been providing expert advisory and assurance services to small and medium sized businesses. She has extensive experience in joint venture filings, review engagements, compilations, and estate and trust returns. She provides her corporate and personal clients with effective tax planning advice that optimizes their returns and minimizes taxes.
Over the years, she has directed and monitored various tax, payroll and GST audits initiated by CRA. Kend thrives on helping her clients succeed and achieve their financial goals.
FARZANA JAMAL, B.COM | Manager & Accountant
Holding a bachelors degree in Commerce, Farzana brings with her a wealth of expertise in personal and corporate tax planning and preparation. With over 25 years of work experience in the accounting field she has handled various issues from bookkeeping, payroll, GST reporting to personal and corporate tax and financial statement preparation.
Farzana has also assisted various clients in filing Voluntary disclosure applications as well taxpayer relief appeals with Canada Revenue Agency.
Farzana takes pride in her ability to build strong relationships with her clients. She perseveres to reduce their financial and tax burden by providing advice that goes beyond tax preparation. Farzana endeavours to improve client's understanding of tax matters and record keeping requirements. By looking at the client’s whole financial situation, she suggests tools and ideas that help them achieve success.

Azim has been a Certified General Accountant since 1983, and a management Consultant since 1991. He is an expert in Life Balance & Potential. An International Best Selling Author of 7 books, he has addressed over 1 million people across 26 countries and 5 continents.
Azim is also a Corporate Coach who works with Executives and Organizations across the world.
JOHN LEE | Intermediate Accountant
John has 10 years of experience in public practice accounting. He specialises in compilations, review engagements, corporate taxation and financial reporting. John’s client portfolio includes gas stations, groceries, hotels and restaurants. John is adept in all areas of related services like bookkeeping, payroll and GST reporting. He is also well-versed in personal income tax preparation and planning.
As a strong believer in work-life balance, his hobbies are swimming, biking, walking and hiking.
TRACY GUO, B. SC | Senior Tax Professional
Tracy initially earned a Bachelor of Science. She then had an opportunity to study Canadian tax laws, which in turn led to a career as a tax professional. By moving into accounting she has focused on tax planning and has built up ten years of personal income tax preparation experience.
Tracy very much enjoys helping businesses and taxpayers prepare their taxes, and takes the time to understand each client's unique needs and implements strategies to maximize the tax benefits available.
MIKE LEUNG | Intermediate Accountant
Mike holds a B.A. in economics from Simon Fraser University, and has completed all his CGA courses. He is currently working towards completing the Professional Experience Required for Certification phase. He has public practice experience in personal tax preparation, bookkeeping, GST and related services and is currently moving into corporate accounting services.
Mike is active in the community, and has been volunteering for the Collingwood Neighbourhood House in Vancouver since 2008.
